The Role:

  • Full-time, long-term position (term-time only)

  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom with both learning and personal development

  • Working closely with teachers, inclusion staff, and other school professionals

  • Helping students engage in lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their goals

  • Providing targeted support for students with additional needs or learning challenges

About You:

  • A recent graduate (Psychology, Education, English, Maths and Science)

  • Calm, patient, and empathetic in your approach

  • Looking to pursue a career in education, teaching, or child development

  • Experience working with children or young people (through volunteering, tutoring, placements, or work experience) is desirable – but not essential, as training is provided!
