We are a specialist Autism and SEMH school located in the heart of Mole Valley, seeking a dedicated Geography and Humanities Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people who need it most.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and accessible Geography and Humanities lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Plan and differentiate lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs

  • Foster positive relationships and create a nurturing learning environment

  • Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team including therapists, SENCOs and pastoral staff

About You:

  • Experience teaching students with SEND, particularly Autism and/or SEMH, is essential

  • QTS is desirable but unqualified teachers with relevant experience are warmly encouraged to apply

  • Strong behaviour management skills and a flexible, compassionate teaching style

  • A subject specialism in Geography and/or Humanities with creative approaches to curriculum delivery
