Are you looking for a role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of students who need extra support?

Would you like to be part of a team that helps young people thrive both inside and outside of the classroom?

  • Supporting classroom learning and helping manage behaviour in a positive, proactive way

  • Assisting in creating individualised behaviour support plans alongside teachers and pastoral staff

  • Supporting pupils in developing social and communication skills

  • Acting as a positive role model and advocate for young people

  • Encouraging participation in enrichment activities such as sports, art, or outdoor learning

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Be proactive, patient, and able to adapt quickly to changing situations

  • Ideally hold PRICE, Team Teach or similar de-escalation training (not essential – training can be provided)
