About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and socially, helping them access learning and navigate daily routines. You will: Build consistent and trusting relationships with students, providing calm, structured support Support students with communication, supporting them to use positive methods and regulate their difficulties with this.
