Location: Sutton
Days: Wednesday – Friday (3 days per week)

We are seeking a qualified and passionate SEN Teacher to join this remarkable school community on a part-time basis (Wednesday to Friday).

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to meet the complex needs of students with Autism, SLD and PMLD.
  • Collaborate closely with a skilled team of support staff, therapists, and senior leaders.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and stimulating learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
  • Use creativity and compassion to support students’ holistic development and independence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience working with students with Autism, SLD and/or PMLD, ideally within a specialist or alternative provision.
  • Strong understanding of EHCPs, differentiated planning, and multi-sensory approaches.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
