What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • A SEND-related qualification is desirable.

  • Experience supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs is ideal – though teachers from mainstream settings with a passion for SEND are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent classroom management skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
