  • A Role That Truly Matters – You’ll make a difference every day, helping students overcome barriers and build confidence in education and life.

Working with young people with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)/ Autism and ADHD is rewarding, challenging, and never boring!

You’ll be working closely with students who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, and communication, but with patience, creativity, and the right support, you’ll see firsthand the progress they make.

Expect plenty of lightbulb moments, victories, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re supporting young people with their lives and futures!
