You will be working on a 1:1 basis with students who have a range of special educational needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and ADHD. This is a dedicated setting, currently supported by four skilled Teaching Assistants. The role requires a teacher with a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism, who can offer structured, personalised learning while working toward the ultimate goal of reintegrating students into their year-group classrooms.
