Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Autism (ASC)?

Parker Smith Inclusion are proud to be working with a forward-thinking specialist setting that provides a supportive and nurturing learning environment for students with Autism. We are currently recruiting a full-time, long-term SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

The Role:

  • Full-time teaching role working with students with Autism

  • Delivering personalised, engaging lessons that support communication, social skills, and academic development

  • Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists and support staff

  • Creating an inclusive, safe, and structured classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

  • Experience teaching students with Autism and/or other complex needs

  • A child-centred approach and a passion for inclusive education

  • Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate effectively
