This is a full time, term time only role supporting primary aged pupils (5 to 11 years) with SEMH, ASC, ADHD and SLD. Classes are intentionally small, allowing time, space and attention for each child to feel seen, safe and supported. The Role As a Teaching assistant, you will be a consistent and reassuring presence in a child’s school day. You will provide one to one support and classroom based assistance, helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them. You will support emotional regulation, build routines, encourage independence and help pupils develop the skills they need to engage with learning and with others.
