About the Role
SEN Teaching Assistant – Harrow
Salary: £90–£105 PAYE Daily Rate
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Role Type: Full-time, Long-term

Your Role as a Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in their learning across a range of subjects and year groups

Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons

Provide one-to-one or small group support to help children reach their potential

Encourage positive behaviour and a love of learning

Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment

Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to promote pupil progress
