About the Role

SEND Teacher | Permanent Role – September Start

  • Ealing, West London / Middlesex
  • Permanent | MPS – UPS (Inner London)
  • Start Date: September 2025

This is your chance to step into a role where every lesson matters, every breakthrough is celebrated, and every child is truly seen.

We’re working closely with a remarkable SEND secondary school that caters to students from Year 7 to Year 13, all of whom have moderate to severe learning difficulties and a wide range of complex needs, including autism. This school isn’t just about education—it’s about empowerment, individuality, and impact.

What Makes This School Special?

This is a place where children are nurtured, encouraged, and supported to grow into their full potential. Where teaching is flexible, creative, and deeply rewarding. Where no two days are the same—but every day counts.

You won’t just be delivering lessons—you’ll be shaping life experiences. Whether you're celebrating a student's first full day in class or helping them develop vital life skills, your role here has purpose.

As a SEND Class Teacher, You Will:

  • Create engaging, meaningful lessons tailored to individual student needs

  • Inspire confidence, independence, and emotional growth in your class

  • Collaborate with an expert multidisciplinary team—TAs, therapists, and specialists

  • Bring patience, positivity, and creativity to every challenge

  • Help students thrive socially, emotionally, and academically at their own pace

We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) with SEND experience or a real passion to develop it

  • A compassionate educator with a flexible, student-first mindset

  • A team player who values progress in all its forms—big or small

  • Someone who gets it—who sees beyond behaviour and connects with the child inside

Why This Role Could Be a Game-Changer:

This isn’t about rigid curriculum or textbook teaching. It’s about meeting students where they are—and guiding them forward, one powerful moment at a time. Some days will be emotionally challenging. But others? Others will be pure joy. And every day, you’ll matter.
