Are you a Mainstream Primary School Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity?

The role
I am seeking a strong teacher to teach a class in an ARP of a mainstream primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a good background in SEN to showcase their skills and teach a class of 6-8 pupils. All children in the class have SLCN and require patience and nurturing to help to educate.
Some pupils in the class are nonverbal, so it is essential that the Teacher understands why different communication methods are necessary and can implement some, such as PECs, core boards and Makaton.
Due to children’s needs, sometimes they can present with challenging behaviour. Therefore, it is important that the successful Teacher has a strong background in behaviour management and de-escalation techniques. There are 3 members of support staff assigned to this class, so there is lots of help to help manage this.
It is also important that the successful Teacher has experience in planning and assessing children with additional needs so that areas of improvement can be highlighted, which as a result, will allow the children to achieve the best that they can.
Teacher Requirements
Able to deliver core subjects and adapt their teaching methods to suit each pupil
Experience in teaching with emotional regulation and with positive behaviour/de-escalation strategies
Positive role model to support communication with a sensitive, nurturing, and consistent approach
Experience with communication methods such as PEC’s and Core Boards
Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with vulnerable students
A strong interest in SLCN and open to receiving additional training lead by the schools amazing Speech and Language Therapist

One of our schools is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join them on a full-time permanent contract basis in January. This is a term-only position, with a salary of £100 per day. School hours are 8:30am until 4pm.
Secondary age students thrive in their purpose-built classroom hub and require an experienced, nurturing and strong-willed Behaviour Mentor to support them.
For secondary students, they provide a rich curriculum covering core subjects alongside exciting vocational courses. From barbering and construction to horticulture, hospitality, and motor vehicle studies, there are ample opportunities for growth and exploration.

You are well-organised and have clear communication skills. You may have personal interests or experience supporting children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and challenging homes.

We are currently recruiting a highly motivated and resilient SEND Teacher to join a well-established SEND school based in Hillingdon.
The school caters for children with a range of needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The teacher will lead a class of 8-12 students, with most pupils receiving 1:1 support, meaning there is a lot of support staff in the class.
Responsibilities:
Leading a class of 8-12 students with SEND
Creating and delivering an exciting and differentiated curriculum that caters to the needs of each individual student
Regularly reviewing student progress
Collaborating with other teachers and professionals to ensure each student receives the best possible education and support
Ensuring a safe, happy, and inclusive learning environment
Implementing positive behavior management strategies
Keeping up to date with relevant training and CPD
Essential Criteria:
