Outreach Tutor – KS3/KS4 | Maths & English Kingston & Richmond upon Thames (Home, School & Community-Based) £130 per day | Long-Term Role via Agency Immediate & September 2025 Start Dates Available Are you a passionate and adaptable educator with experience supporting vulnerable young people outside of the traditional classroom setting? We are looking for an Outreach Tutor to deliver high-impact Maths and English sessions to KS3 and KS4 students across the Kingston and Richmond upon Thames boroughs. This is a vital role for learners with Autism, SEMH, and those who have experienced trauma or disrupted education. Students may demonstrate challenging behaviour and require consistent, compassionate, and tailored support. The Role: Delivering 1:1 or small-group Maths and English tuition in homes, community settings, and school environments - you will be planning, delivering, and marking work. Behaviour Mentor – KS3/KS4 (Autism & SEMH) Richmond upon Thames Start Date: 1st September 2025 £90 – £95 per day | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Autism & Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) Are you a passionate and resilient individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Parker Smith Inclusion is working with a supportive specialist provision in Richmond upon Thames that caters to students in Key Stages 3 and 4 with Autism and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated team from 1st September 2025. The Role: Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them engage positively with learning Promoting emotional regulation, self-confidence, and appropriate social interaction Working alongside teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide consistent, tailored support De-escalating challenging situations with empathy and understanding Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive environment for all learners The Ideal Candidate: Experience working with young people with Autism and/or SEMH Calm, compassionate, and confident when dealing with challenging behaviours Able to build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff Committed to making a long-term impact in a specialist setting Team player with a proactive and reflective attitude Details: Daily rate: £90 – £95 (based on experience) Start date: 1st September 2025 Location: Richmond upon Thames Contract: Temp-to-perm – a permanent contract will be offered after two successful terms, provided the candidate remains a good fit for the school and role.
