Are you a passionate and experienced teacher with QTS, dedicated to transforming the lives of SLD, PMLD and Autistic pupils? We are looking for a specialist Teacher to join our nurturing, forward-thinking special needs schools, serving children and young people across Sutton and Kingston.

  • Echolalia & Stimming: Your practice will honour these communication and self-regulatory expressions, working with speech therapists and behaviour specialists to turn these moments into meaningful learning opportunities.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

  • Experience teaching autistic children and young people, ideally in a special needs setting

  • Expertise in supporting pupils with complex sensory profiles, echolalia, and stimming behaviours

  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, person-centred approach

  • Commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming practice
