About the Role
Special Needs Teaching Assistant – Wallington (Sutton)
Start Date: September 2025
Full-time Long-Term | Term Time Only | £90–£95 per day (PAYE)

Parker Smith Inclusion is looking for a dedicated and resilient SEND Teaching Assistant to support a young person with PMLD, complex needs, SLD and Autism.
About the Role:
- 
	
Providing 1:1 support to students with PMLD and SLD- small classes
 - 
	
Supporting with emotional regulation, transitions, and classroom integration
 - 
	
Responding to dysregulation and behaviours that challenge in a calm, consistent, and structured way
 - 
	
Working as part of a supportive SEND team within a nurturing specialist school
 
We’re Looking For:
- 
	
Experience working with children with complex SEND and behaviour that challenges
 - 
	
Confidence managing dysregulation and high levels of need
 - 
	
Ability to build a strong, trusting connection with a child who may struggle with engagement
 - 
	
Someone who is calm, patient, emotionally resilient, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education
 - 
	
MAPA or Team Teach training is a strong advantage

£90–£95 per day (PAYE) – no umbrella fees
