About the Role
Supporting students in small, focused groups and occasionally on a 1:1 basis
Assisting with personal care, including toileting and feeding
Supporting moving and handling using appropriate techniques and equipment (training provided if needed)
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement through a tailored, person-centred approach
Working closely with class teachers, therapists, and other specialists to deliver meaningful and inclusive learning experiences
