Assist with differentiated learning activities, sensory-based approaches, and communication systems (e.g., PECS, Makaton).
Provide personal care and physical support, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of every pupil.
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
You Will Bring:
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND and a patient, nurturing approach.
Experience working with children or young people with SLD, PMLD, or complex needs (desirable but not essential – training provided).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
