PS Inclusion were really thorough and considered when finding me a new role in a SEND school. This worked for all concerned, the school; myself and the learners.
Having said that Faye and Kate were both clear that the role had to work for me first and foremost, and there was an interview with PS Inclusion which was when I realised that it meant a lot to them, that any placement was the right match.
On my interview day with the school, one of the deputy head-teachers mentioned that they mainly used PS Inclusion as they sent the best people. Another indicator of the care that PS Inclusion put into placing the right person with the right school.
