In September, the school will be launching a brand-new specialist provision and pathway tailored to meet the needs of students with dysregulated behaviour and mild learning difficulties. To support the opening of this new provision, the school is seeking inspirational, resilient, and experienced SEN Teachers to join their expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis. About the Provision: This new initiative will support students presenting with a range of additional needs, primarily those with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges alongside mild to moderate learning difficulties. The focus will be on personalised learning, structured behaviour support, and creating a nurturing, consistent environment where pupils can succeed both academically and emotionally. What We’re Looking For: We are particularly interested in teachers who: Have proven experience working with students with dysregulated behaviour, SEMH needs, and/or learning difficulties. Demonstrate exceptional classroom and behaviour management strategies. Possess a calm, confident, and emotionally intelligent teaching style that is not easily phased by challenging situations. Are committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment. Are excited about being part of a new team and contributing to the development of an innovative provision.
