A specialist setting based in Southend needs a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with primary school students with learning difficulties, Autism, and ADHD. This pupil needs a resilient and robust SEN Teaching Assistant to support their learning and development at school.

Pupil needs are high, and having an understanding and empathy for students struggling with their mental health is an essential quality for this role. Similarly, to have an appreciation for the ways in which students may express their needs through physically aggressive or verbally abusive behaviour is vital.
