About the Role

ASC Teacher

Enfield

M1 - UPS1 (£36,000 - £50,000)

Are you an experienced ASC Teacher who skills and experience are not having the impact they should have, because of the environment or lack of support.

Arriving at the school with its modern building in an open space, and then meeting the staff, you immediately feel this is a welcoming environment. The therapy dogs in reception set the tone for the rest of the school. It is a happy place to work.

An extremely experienced HLTA is in the classroom, provides welcome support, taking over lessons when you are engaged in PPA.

The Senior Leadership team are very supportive of all teaching staff, helping shape curriculum and provide the necessary  resources. They are also very aware of the pressures of life, and offer flexibility when required.

Your career is as important to the school as it is you. They are keen for you to pursue professional development opportunities and enhance your skill set.

And after all the hard work, there is the availability of the gym and wellbeing days to ensure you keep yourself balanced.

If the opportunity this role presents inspires you, and you would like to discuss how you would deliver the best for the school, please contact me on 0203 011 4848 or katie@psinclusion.co.uk I look forward to hearing from you.
