M1 - UPS1 (£36,000 - £50,000)

Are you an experienced ASC Teacher who skills and experience are not having the impact they should have, because of the environment or lack of support.

Arriving at the school with its modern building in an open space, and then meeting the staff, you immediately feel this is a welcoming environment. The therapy dogs in reception set the tone for the rest of the school. It is a happy place to work.

An extremely experienced HLTA is in the classroom, provides welcome support, taking over lessons when you are engaged in PPA.

The Senior Leadership team are very supportive of all teaching staff, helping shape curriculum and provide the necessary  resources. They are also very aware of the pressures of life, and offer flexibility when required.

SEND Teaching Assistant Mainstream Secondary School Temporary to Permanent North London We are working with a mainstream secondary school in North London seeking experienced and passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to join their team. At this school, pupil progress is a top priority, and the dedicated SEND team works collaboratively to support students with complex needs, including EHCPs, SEMH challenges, Autism, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.
