Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver a holistic educational experience. Encourage positive behaviour and support students in managing their own emotional regulation. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working with children or young people with SEN, particularly those with SEMH, autism, and ADHD. Be calm, patient, and adaptable, with a strong sense of empathy. Be a team player with good communication skills. Have a genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
