A vibrant and welcoming mainstream Secondary school, this role is managing the internal provision, managing and promoting standards of behaviour, achievements and outcomes for students within the provision, students that have been internally excluded, and need support returning back into mainstream lessons amongst their peers, by developing  mentoring strategies and programmes to support them back into mainstream lessons amongst their peers.
