Behaviour Support Assistant – SEN & Nurture Provision
Mole Valley, Surrey
£90 – £100 per day PAYE (weekly pay)
Full-time, Term-time only, Immediate start

Are you looking to develop your career in SEN support? Do you have experience working with young people who present with social, emotional, or behavioural needs? This role provides an opportunity to support students who require consistent guidance to succeed.
We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a nurturing specialist provision in Mole Valley. You will work with KS3 pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and trauma-related needs, helping them re-engage with education in a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions for pupils with SEN and SEMH
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies
- Help implement EHCP targets and reintegration plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
About You
- Experience in SEN, SEMH, or youth mentoring (school or community settings)
- Patient, calm, and resilient under pressure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
