  • A trauma-informed approach to behaviour, with an understanding of neurodiversity and mental health needs.

  • A passion for supporting transition into adulthood.

In Return You’ll Receive:

  • A permanent, secure role within a well-regarded SEN setting.

  • Access to modern SEN resources, sensory spaces, therapy rooms, and outdoor learning areas.

  • A leadership team that values wellbeing and invests in staff development.
