The young people are taught core lessons on the school site but then go to an outdoor learning venue in Essex, to support them with a different learning style to keep them engaged. (transport is provided via the school) A great candidate for this position would be someone who is active, creative, energetic, patient, and has the ability to understand young people to be able to build trust. It is essential that you also possess the skill set; De-escalation and conflict resolution skills Able to build rapport and trust with young people.
