  • Our schools cater to various needs from; PMLD, SLD, Autism, SEMH, communication difficulties, heightened sensory difficulties and MLD
  • The opportunity to work alongside a hands-on senior leadership team who are actively involved in the day-to-day life of the school.
  • Extensive training opportunities, including apprenticeships for TAs who wish to develop into specialist areas, or even teachers!

  • As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping children to access their learning activities.

What they are looking for:

  • A patient and flexible individual who is able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of their students.
  • A SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about working with children with special educational needs, particularly autism.
  • Someone who understands that this role is bigger than simply sitting in the classroom, and is willing to get involved in all aspects of school life.
  • A team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with other staff.
  • An individual who is keen to help young people become as independent as possible, and leave school equipped with functional skills.
  • A SEN Teaching Assistant who is willing to engage in ongoing training.
  • Someone who may be open to moving to a permanent role after a trial period.
  • Regardless of experience, if you are passionate to support children with additional needs, please don't hesitate to apply!

Our schools value people who are willing to be flexible, patient and are passionate about supporting young people. They are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who wants to make a real difference to the lives of the students and to contribute to their ongoing success.
