Are you passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs? We’re looking for an EHCP Coordinator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in ensuring that our pupils receive the tailored support they deserve.

About the Role:
As our EHCP Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between our school, families, and external agencies, ensuring all Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) annual reviews are completed accurately and on time, per statutory guidance. You'll manage complex information, support staff, and ensure legal deadlines are met with precision.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule EHCP annual reviews
Liaise with parents, school staff, and external professionals
Prepare and submit documentation to the Local Authority
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Provide high-level administrative support across the school

Who You’ll Work With:
🤝 External: Parents/carers, Social Care, Therapists, Educational Psychologists, Transport Services
🏫 Internal: Deputy Head, Headteacher, Teachers, Business Support Team

What We’re Looking For:
Knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and EHCP process
Excellent organisational, ICT, and communication skills
Experience handling sensitive and complex information
A commitment to confidentiality and data protection
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
