About the Role
We are working with a specialist school in Cheshunt that provides education and support for pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The school has a strong therapeutic and nurturing ethos, ensuring that every pupil feels valued and able to achieve.
They are now seeking a dedicated English Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is open to both qualified and unqualified teachers who have a genuine passion for English and for supporting young people with additional needs.
Key Details

Contract: Permanent – 4 or 5 days per week

Working hours: 8:45am – 3:30pm (2:00pm finish on Fridays)

Sites: Working across two locations in Cheshunt

Salary: £24,066 – £46,839 per annum (M1 – M6, depending on experience and qualifications)

Class sizes: Maximum of 10 pupils per class (Years 7–11)

Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
