Curious about a career that makes a difference?
Start your journey where it really counts — in a school that needs you.
If you’ve recently graduated and are exploring what’s next, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, while supporting children with complex Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Barking and Dagenham.
We’re not offering short-term supply work — this is a full-time, fixed placement in one school, where you'll build genuine relationships, work alongside experienced professionals, and become a valued part of the school community.
Whether you’re considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or simply want to understand if this path is for you, this role gives you the kind of experience that shapes not only your CV, but your direction.
What makes this opportunity different?
-
A full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–4:00pm) in one carefully selected school
-
A full academic year of consistent work with a clear sense of purpose
-
Opportunities to build real skills, grow your confidence, and see tangible progress
-
No last-minute daily supply — just structure, support, and a school that invests in you

We work closely with schools across London and Essex to connect graduates with long-term opportunities that align with their goals. We handle the introductions and we stay involved — offering guidance, mentorship, and help with your next steps.
We're looking for graduates who are:
-
Reliable, reflective, and open to learning
-
Genuinely interested in inclusive education and SEN
-
Committed to working full-time during term time
-
Based in or able to commute to Barking and Dagenham
What you'll gain:

Experience supporting children with a range of additional needs

-
A consistent routine — no late nights, weekend shifts, or unexpected changes
-
A deeper understanding of your own values, strengths, and ambitions
This isn’t just a stepping stone — it’s a space to explore, grow, and make a real impact while figuring out where you want to go next.
