Just Graduated? Start the Career That Matters Most
One year. A lifetime of impact.
You’ve worked hard for your degree, but now what?
You’re looking for purpose.
You want to feel like what you do matters.
You want clarity about your next steps, confidence in your abilities, and the kind of experience that shapes not just your CV, but who you are.
This is your opportunity.
Spend a year immersed in the world of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Work hands-on with children and young people who need your support, your care, your presence.
Whether your path leads to teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or occupational therapy, this is the most powerful first step you will take.
You'll be working in one of a range of welcoming school settings across Barking and Dagenham - from mainstream primary and secondary schools to specialist SEN provisions. No two days are the same, and no two students are the same - but every moment brings the chance to connect, support, and make a difference.
I am looking for enthusiastic graduates that can commute to Barking and Dagenham who can commit to full-time hours (8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday) - offering not just stability and structure for the children, but a healthy work-life balance that gives you your evenings and weekends free. It’s a rhythm that works, especially when you want to build routine, independence, and a sense of purpose after university.
What this year will offer you:
-
A deep dive into real, meaningful work - beyond lecture halls and libraries
-
Experience that brings clarity to your career direction
-
Emotional growth, resilience, and self-awareness
-
Mentorship, community, and people who will believe in you
-
Stories, challenges, and breakthroughs that will stay with you for life
This isn’t just about boosting your CV - it’s about growing into the person you’re meant to be.
I am looking for graduates who are:
-
Thoughtful, compassionate, and curious
-
Eager to learn, even when it’s challenging
-
Passionate about creating a more inclusive world
-
Ready to show up - every day - and make it count
If you’re serious about a meaningful career in education or therapy - or if you’re simply looking for a year that will change you for the better before making decisions - start here.
Start with purpose. Start with impact.
