What you’ll be doing Supporting children overnight, helping them to settle, feel safe and cared for. Being there in the morning to get the day off to a positive start. Acting as a role model and trusted adult, building strong relationships with the children in your care. Working closely with other staff to make sure every child gets the right support. Keeping the environment calm, safe and welcoming. What we’re looking for Someone with experience working with children or young people – this could be in a school, residential setting, youth work or similar. A calm and compassionate person who can set fair boundaries but still show warmth and patience. A real team player who wants to support both pupils and colleagues. Someone with a genuine passion for making a difference. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting KS3 and KS4 students, many of whom face significant challenges to their learning. With exciting plans for expansion, this PRU is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. The Role Full-time (Monday to Friday), term-time only, teaching KS3 and KS4 Science. Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to individual student needs. Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for students with diverse needs. Work closely with an experienced and committed team to deliver high-quality education. About You To be considered, you must have: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and proven experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 levels.
