Your Role as an LSA As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them engage with learning and manage their emotions and behaviour. Work collaboratively with teachers, HLTAs and other LSAs to deliver creative and accessible learning opportunities. Promote positive behaviour and encourage the development of social and emotional skills. Contribute to the wider school community, including participating in outdoor learning and Forest School activities.
