About the Role

This role offers the chance to work closely with a child who requires consistent, compassionate support throughout their school day.

You will be:

Providing one-to-one support to a pupil with additional needs
Supporting communication and emotional regulation through tailored strategies
Assisting with lesson delivery, adapting resources to suit the child’s needs
Collaborating with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement EHCP targets
Creating a calm, positive, and structured learning environment
Celebrating every step forward—because progress looks different for everyone
