About the Role

This role offers the chance to work closely with a child who requires consistent, compassionate support throughout their school day.

You will be:

  • Providing one-to-one support to a pupil with additional needs
  • Supporting communication and emotional regulation through tailored strategies
  • Assisting with lesson delivery, adapting resources to suit the child’s needs
  • Collaborating with the SENCO and teaching staff to implement EHCP targets
  • Creating a calm, positive, and structured learning environment
  • Celebrating every step forward—because progress looks different for everyone
