A specialist school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. The school supports children and young people with complex needs, including ASC, and some students are non-verbal or require personal care. Professional and personal experience is welcome but not essential, full training will be provided.

This is a highly rewarding role for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about helping every child reach their full potential.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting students with additional needs in the classroom and during activities
  • Providing tailored assistance based on individual learning plans

Who we’re looking for:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in a school, care, or youth work setting is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable with personal care (with training)
