Do you have the confidence, empathy and resilience to support students with Autism, Complex Needs and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties)? The school provides a therapeutic, trauma-informed setting where students are supported holistically to succeed both in and out of the classroom, and the staff work with their pupils, offering wraparound support. What You'll Do: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism, Complex Needs, SLD and sensory needs and dysregulation.
