The Role: Supporting all age groups but specifically students in KS2, KS3, KS4 learners working at a KS2 level, following the National Curriculum in a way that meets their emotional and learning needs. Supporting students on a 121 or small group basis, working to not only support their academic progress but as young people! What We’re Looking For You must have a proven background as a Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Mentor previously (school-based experience) Professionals with a deep understanding of SEMH, Autism, and ADHD, and the adaptability to meet complex needs.
