Maths Teacher – SEMH and Autism Specialist School | September Start | Permanent Role
Location: Mole Valley, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 – £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are working in partnership with an outstanding and expanding specialist school in Mole Valley, which provides a therapeutic and nurturing environment for children and young people with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. This is a rare opportunity to join a school where pastoral support, therapeutic practices and outstanding leadership are the foundation of everything they do.
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within SEND education, with potential to progress into Head of Maths for the right candidate.
The Maths Teacher Role:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons up to GCSE level
- Create a safe and encouraging classroom where students feel confident to explore and learn
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive SLT and therapeutic team to provide holistic support
- Participate in a values-driven environment where every staff member is empowered to thrive
- Help shape the Maths curriculum in a growing, forward-thinking SEND provision
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Maths Teachers (QTS/QTLS), ECTs, and unqualified teachers with relevant experience are welcome to apply

- Someone with a genuine passion for supporting neurodiverse students and those with SEMH needs
