Behaviour Mentor – Harlow - Immediate Do you have a passion and talent for supporting children and young people with additional learning needs and mental health disorders? Are you keen to make a difference to the lives of children and young people whilst building your experience and furthering your career in SEND/SEMH? I am working with an East London AP (Alternative Provision) who are looking for an engaging and passionate Behaviour Mentor for their KS3 class. The children attending this school will be either temporarily or permanently excluded due to challenging and disruptive behaviour, they may or may not have a SEN diagnosis, EHCP (Education Health Care Plan). I am looking to speak to professional and committed Behaviour Mentors, even if your experience is informal/voluntary, we want to hear from you! You will often see these roles advertised as daily rates, please note that we pay PAYE only and rates will vary from £65 - £90 per day, depending on the role and your experience.
