About the Role

Do you have a passion for education and a heart for helping students with special educational needs (SEN) and mental health challenges? We are seeking experienced and dedicated tutors to join our team, working across Essex to support secondary school students who are struggling in mainstream settings.

  • Pay: £15-£25 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, and training)
  • Hours: Flexible, between 9-30 hours per week (term-time only)
  • Location: Outreach work within the community, providing 1:1 tuition

Role Overview:
As a tutor, you will provide tailored educational support to students who require additional help due to SEN or mental health difficulties. Your sessions will take place in the community on a 1:1 basis, helping to bridge gaps in their learning and build their confidence. This role is ideal for those who want to make a difference and enjoy working in a supportive and flexible environment.
