We are working with a SEND specialist school based in North London that is looking for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join its supportive and inclusive team. They are looking for suitable candidates who have experience supporting young adults with a range of needs including, ASC, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and speech and language communication needs. The successful candidate must have experience as an HLTA and be able to cover the class when needed. SEN Teaching Assistant A mainstream primary school in Haringey are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support two boys who will be entering year 5 in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide 1:1 support to children SEND and to build trusting relationships. You will be supporting two pupils, one with dyslexia and one with ODD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Both can present behavioural challenges, so they are looking for someone who is confident and able to set clear boundaries, but also has a caring approach. They are looking for someone who can be a positive role model to these boys, offering consistency and support. Science Teacher PRU Islington Pupil Referral Unit September 2025 A Pupil Referral Unit based in Islington are looking for a Science Teacher to join them in September. This is a challenging yet highly rewarding role, working with young people who are unable to access mainstream education due to social, emotional or mental health needs, or behavioural challenges. The successful candidate will bring subject expertise to teaching students in Key Stage 3 & 4, having a compassionate, trauma informed approach to supporting vulnerable learners.
