We’re working with a small, nurturing SEMH provision in Richmond, South West London, that is expanding due to increasing demand. This setting supports students in KS3 and KS4 with a primary teaching model and is the ideal opportunity for a mainstream primary teacher ready for a more rewarding and purposeful classroom experience.

About the Role:

• Teaching KS3 and KS4 students following a primary teaching approach
• Small class sizes with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and consistent routines
• Nurture-based teaching, therapeutic support, and a no-exclusion ethos
• Delivering a broad and balanced curriculum, adapted to the needs of each student
• Supported by a fantastic in-house team including Art Therapists, SaLTs, and Occupational Therapists

• Qualified Teachers (QTS) with KS1 or KS2 experience

Requirements:

• QTS is highly desirable, but not essential with the right experience
• Genuine passion and commitment to working with vulnerable learners
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and nurturing approaches
• Ability to differentiate effectively and manage complex behaviour positively
• A team player with strong communication and emotional intelligence
