We’re hiring SEMH Teaching Assistants to support primary-aged students who need structure, patience, and encouragement to succeed. These children may have social, emotional, or mental health needs (SEMH) that make learning in a mainstream setting challenging.

 

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide tailored support
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students who need consistency and care
  • Implement strategies to help students regulate emotions and improve behaviour
  • Assist the teacher in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
