SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant | Primary
Full Time | Temp to Perm | Romford
Pay: £90 per day (PAYE)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide 1 to 1 support for a pupil in a warm and inclusive primary school in Romford. This is a full time role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and specialist staff to deliver tailored interventions that ensure the child can access learning and develop confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Who You Are
• Experienced in working with children with SEND, ideally in a primary setting
• Confident in delivering or supporting targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, social or emotional development
• Patient, resilient, and compassionate, with the ability to nurture and inspire
• Passionate about helping children feel safe, included, and proud of their achievements
