  • Contract: Full-time, Long term and Permanent
  • Needs: Catering for students with Autism, Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs, SLD and communication difficulties.

We are working with a handful of schools in the surrounding areas catering for students aged 3 - 18 with various SEND needs.

We are seeking educators who will offer a pupil focussed, therapeutic approach, working alongside their support staff, Therapists and family, in order to have the right cross-support for their students. The therapy department and the teaching staff will be working together on a day to day basis.

This is where you come in, we need teachers who are supportive, able to build long lasting trusting relationships and adaptable.

  • Qualified teachers with SEMH, SEND experience
  • Primary-trained teachers who are confident teaching KS3/KS4 pupils working at lower key stages or Secondary Teachers eager to move into a specialist setting
  • Professionals with a deep understanding of SEMH, Autism, and ADHD, and the adaptability to meet complex needs

Salary & Pay

  • Outer London MPS
  • Equivalent PAYE daily rate: £186.73 - £257.49 if Long term (no umbrella deductions)
