This role is particularly well-suited to anyone who has studied Health and Social Care, as it offers a practical and rewarding next step into the world of education, therapy or care.

What we’re looking for:

  • A 1st or 2:1 degree in any subject (core subjects are particularly desirable)
  • Studied Health and Social Care
  • Genuine interest in SEN and a desire to learn and grow in this field
  • Previous experience working with children (personal or professional)
  • A positive, resilient, and professional attitude
  • Ambitions to pursue a career in teaching or SEN-related professions (e.g., QTS, HCPC registration)
