I am actively searching for a nurturing and talented individual to work as an SEN teaching assistant in a special school that has dedicated sites for profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and autism spectrum conditions (ASC). I am looking for committed and passionate people to employ in locations across Southend, willing to make a difference.

An ideal candidate should have/be…

  • A kind and nurturing approach towards children and young people with SEND

This role would be an excellent fit for a psychology, education or social science graduate or someone enthusiastic about SEND and would like to pursue a career working with children.

However, regardless of qualifications, if you are passionate about making a true difference in the lives of children with SEND and have the character to work confidently and proactively in a team environment, then this role could be for you.
