Using EHCPs and individual targets to inform planning and measure progress. You Will Need: QTS/QTLS and experience working with SEND learners (Post-16 experience a bonus). A calm, consistent teaching style rooted in structure and empathy. A trauma-informed approach to behaviour, with an understanding of neurodiversity and mental health needs.
