A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for inclusive education
Someone who recognises that behaviour is communication — and approaches it with patience, empathy, and structure
Skilled in or open to learning alternative communication strategies (such as Makaton or PECS) and sensory based approaches
